Please be careful with this celcomdigi store , they like to pass problem to the other stores. Last time i have bought a sim card from celcomdigi , and i try to make a new whatsapp account. When i asked them to solve my problem , they just push me to the Samsung Store and blame them is their problem. Please be professional when you are working, if you dont have any knowledge please go to learn. Strictly not recommended. Very bad services 😅👎

I had a very unpleasant experience with a sales staff named Fang — extremely rude and unprofessional. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store. I hope management takes this seriously and looks into appropriate action.
