Extremely poor service. Please train your staff first before they’re allowed to serve your customers. The guy with long hair & specs (I supposed he’s the only guy with long hair here) requested for my IC when I just wanted to check out the numbers available speaks rudely when I refused to give him what as requested. Does he have the right to request for that when I haven’t even subscribe to any of your service?
