I would like to express my disappointment with the service experience today. I had been waiting for a considerable amount of time, yet I was not informed to wait or given any update on the queue status. The staff was attending to one customer for an extended period while other waiting customers were left unattended. A simple acknowledgment or update would have made the waiting experience more acceptable. "Waiting is understandable, but being ignored without any communication is not acceptable customer service."
