SCAMMER. My first time using Celcom Digi. I have asked for a non-contract data plan, and the salesperson mentioned that was the 2026 latest plan without contract. And i checked the receipt next day (the email only come in the next day), IT WAS A ONE YEAR CONTRACT. Seriously very disappointed with celcomdigi. NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN
A very rude staff ( Tanussha ) on the front counter - raising her voice with no manner . Zero help provided to a very rational question. A text message said the account will be terminated on 30, 11.59pm . The account terminated in 0.01 am min in 30 th instead. Instead of answering my question she just raised her voice and provided zero help . Celcome should consider hiring the well mannered staff for their CUSTOMER SUPPORT so they dont do CUSTOMER BULLY instead
I visited the Digi Gardens branch today at around 12:00 p.m. because I had been unable to receive important OTP SMS messages after changing to a new phone five days ago. Despite multiple calls to Digi customer service over the past four days and a previous visit to another Digi Centre, no one was able to resolve the issue.
