The WORST phone service ever. Signals dropping left and right, poor 4g/5g connection. They charge you RM 1 per minute for phone call, including all the SPAM calls you receive, which are a dozen per week at the least. They illegally share you contact details with 3rd party companies. This company should be investigated and people should submit a class action lawsuit.
CelcomDigi has hands down the worst roaming service I’ve ever dealt with. Why on earth would you even offer a pre-booking feature when your system can’t deliver the most basic roaming service? What’s the point? Just to frustrate users, is it? I’ve been with Celcom my whole life, and this is by far the most infuriating, misleading experience yet. Honestly, it’s bad enough to make me seriously reconsider sticking with CelcomDigi and start looking at other telco providers
