Bad customer service. Boss should provide the staff training on how to communicate with customer. Go there to change a plan but end up not settel in 1 round for me. Made me going back again just to confirm and found out got existing payment left. By the way, the same staff that handle my issue one really don't know what's the real issue and answer wrongly!! OMG!! That was really unprofessional way and why do you ever can answer customer without a correct answer. I'm end up settel my plan issue on Digi center at Satok area. T... read more

I know it's last minute almost closing and tiring for the staff there, I really understand that, but at least talk with some customers who needs some information about the plan, especially when that Chinese women and other staffs, it feels like they only treat rich people more than normal people, go learn more about customers service on how to treat them no matter who they are please, and I begging for the staff there, HAVE SOME MANNERS when customers is curious and needed some information, please take note about it
