Bad customer service. Luckily, before that I remembered what Digi offered and asked about new fon at another shop. I went there for support, was disappointed. The customer service they provide wasn’t the same as what the Digi Centre told to me. Lastly, when I told the exact Digi staff what happened, She rudely said, “We don’t have stock of this fon.” Face and attitude were unacceptable.

I came in at 10am to update my plan and transfer my E Sim. There’s less customer. I got mine done in 10 minutes. Well done
