had an unpleasant experiences with this store, one of the staff was helpful on celcom devices enquiry, however her other male colleague (most probably store supervisor) suddenly (very rudely) taken the smartphone used to scan thumbprint to check on current contract details while i was discussing with the female staff on devices plan. The attitude of the chinese male supervisor was totally unacceptable, where no professionalism was shown with poor careless attitude. Zero Star.
