Datang nak dptkan simkad baru sebab phone suami hilang. Sudahnya ambik plan wifi sekali dengan I Phone Pro Max pakej family sekali. Tambah phone baru suami free aje.Bagus sungguh staff nama Nick tu. Mudah urusan semua. Dia sorang aje yg tinggal lepas jam 6. Semua dia layan elok manis aje muka. Simkad lama saya pun dpt ganti 5G punya. Baru laju skit data ni. Tq Nick lama layan kakak tadi.
Be careful with the staff. They will try to up sale something to you. They mentioned to renew the contract and get free device, need to register new number while you can just get new device and renew the contract with your current phone number.
Unprofessional, misleading, wasting money and other people time. Apparently paid for the service and got it for a mere 5 seconds only... and inactive ever since... Called the number listed here... no pickup... EVER!!!
