Went to this outlet to collect an iPad offered by CelcomDigi under my current plan. But the service was already so unwelcoming from the first part of the conversation. While waiting, I kindly request to check on the packages available under my number & the information related in a very condescending manner. If only I knew the service will be bad, I’d have chosen a different outlet.
