Good, friendly and helpful staff
Good service and friendly staff. I came here to switch my old plan to the latest one, and the staff were very helpful and professional. They also took the time to resolve my line issue, which the CelcomDigi outlet at Emart Batu Kawa was unwilling to assist with. I'm very satisfied with the excellent customer service here.
Really good service at this store. The staff and trainer were very helpful and patient throughout my visit. Just a small suggestion — please provide more training for new staff and improve the speed of service for smaller matters.
