10/10 experience! I just want to raise awareness that there are two CelcomDigi shops in this Lotus Mall—one on the upper floor and another on the lower floor. The lower-floor shop is an official CelcomDigi Express Store with great facilities for customers to pay bills and try out phones. The staff are well-trained and took the time to explain the available plans and phone packages, making the whole experience pleasant and professional. Fun staff and friendly
Today I visited the CelcomDigi Express Lotus Setia Alam to get help with my phone, but I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. Instead of asking about my issue, the staff immediately told me to contact customer service, saying they didn’t know anything. They didn’t even make an effort to understand my concern.
