Very disappointing experience. One of the sales staff at this outlet registered an additional new mobile number under my name without my knowledge or consent when I renewed my contract. This should never have happened. Customers should be clearly informed and their consent obtained before any new mobile number or service is registered under their name. I have reported the matter to CelcomDigi and hope it will be properly investigated and appropriate action taken to prevent this from happening to other customers.
