Called them to enquire about a few plans and the customer service is so bad... He literally said, I don't understand in a snappy tone before I even finished my question. I felt disrespected and hope that the company can do something about the customer service.
Been here twice, the service given by a boy, i forgot his name, was tip top. Always being helpful, and we talk like friends.
Called for updates and a few questions, answered rudely. Bad customer services. Disappointed!
i've called them twice but didn't pickup and third times they answer omg so dry only said no and i dont know??? 😅
