Multiple staff in one small shop, yet when I walked in, everyone were on their phone & pretend didn't see me. One finally walk to me because he beat the power of superglue while others still stuck on the chairs :)
I have some problem with my Celcom Digi new app, come to this place and ask how to cancel the new subscription..and the Indian lady here is not helpful at all, all the question I ask she ask me to go back Digi centre. I am curious if your brand launched a new app, and all your “store” and “shop” is not able to help on navigating the app; why you need to hire staff to stand?
