I was honestly thinking of cancelling my digi because could not use my data for a week. But the wonderful staff Eliss was patient with me and helped find the problem and solved it. Tq Eliss for a job well done.
Actually when we take free phone ,they no need to give new number,but the agent was given a new number and continue my postpaid line with my old number.So that new number payment is Rm80.So I was cheated by batu Gajah agent.Be fair laa agents.This all Information all given by digi hq.If ur all guys want to take a photo by postpaid means go take it from digi hq.
