Sbb kebodohan staff sini daftarkan plan Postpaid padahal aku request prepaid, menyusahkan aku nak request keluar dari celcom, mcm2 masalah. Pulak tu kene bayar bill bukan atas sebab kesalahan aku. Aku dtg nk buat ESIM, kalau aku nak postpaid, baik aku proceed dgn Esim, bukan beli simcard baru. Aku beli simcard baru semata2 utk prepaid. MENYUSAHKAN BETUL. SUDAH BEBERAPA TIKET DH CELCOM KELUARKAN, AKU MASIH TAK BOLEH NK PORT-OUT.
