Dia suruh pergi centre after tarikh contract tamat sebab kat store tak boleh tukar prepaid and tak boleh downgrade before contract habis. Service is extremely poor, waited too long only one staff handling one customer but didn’t greet us and didn’t asks us to wait. Waited about 20mins then I myself asked the staff then only I got response.
