The front desk staff (I believe his name was Husin/Husni, bald) was extremely rude and kept interrupting us while we were trying to explain our problem. His tone was unnecessarily hostile, and he didn’t seem interested in actually listening or understanding the issue. His explanations were also unclear and didn’t address our concerns properly.
Staff name Yuan is super attentive, professional, informative. High responsibility too!
