Rushing sunday night, so glad to see a few staffs in this kiosk. Wonder why : two chinese staffs rejecting to serve, one busy handling online staff which is fine. Yet body language still rude. The other one is lady sitting playing phone avoiding eye contact. Its happen around 8:20pm if management bother to check cctv. That lady then re direct to me to other staff to handle. One of the worst customer service- especially the lady in green long hair. I asked for top up 10$ n she did that for me. But I wasn’t able to connect to internet due to that enough data on my hp. I ask if possible to help me apply for internet cos I m alone w my kid n foreigner. She just turn away n say no!??! Omg wat kind of service is that. So disgusting
Bad customer service ever ! . The male staff is not even explaining well to customer. Worse attitude.
