Came to upgrade my plan, but they said I couldn’t because I still in easy phone contract. When I asked at another Celcom outlet, they said it was possible. The staff needs training on Celcom packages, etc., and the customer service needs a lot of improvement... Sorry, I’m disappointed.
Pekerja yang lansung tiada ilmu tentang kerja dia. Dah bayar sim kad tukar port ke Celcom, lebih 24 jam dah tunggu, Masih tak tukar. Nak kena hadir lagi kedai ni, rupanya fail sebab masalah kerja yg tak cekap. Sudah lah gagal, lansung tak hubungi Dan update customer, duit dah bayar! Bila suruh betulkan balik, kena datang lagi esok sebab sim kad yg nak tukar tu atas nama isteri Dan perlu bawak ic dia Sebab tu kena alert Dan update pada customer.
