WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. better to have other Umobile, Maxis, or other instead of this. CELCOM has the standard quality only, but extremely high bills, and the customer service that drag customer for more obligated payment. Think well before you take their plans, they will make a fool out of you.
Given celcom profit so much, their customers service is zero existent. Paid my internet bill but line are barred. Come on la, spend so much on weak chat bot and AI just to lose your business. Cancelling
