Thanks alot to the staff that very attentive and explain very details regarding the iphone 18 pro max plan in fact the celcom store need to close in another 30 minutes. The staff very well-trained, patience and answer every question very well.Even before this, me and husband had a very good experience with the services given by the staff. Thanks alot to the staff named Finaz and other two colleagues. You are such a diamond in the company! Keep up the good work

Worst customer service ever. There were 2 elderly waiting for their turns and they have been customers waiting there for 30 mins to terminate their service. The staff didnt do anything at all. Not only that, customer had to wait at least 10 mins just to get their number ticket. One of the staff (male tall indian) was very rude to the customer when they askes about their turns. Please train all of your staff

Very bad service. I’m a regular customer and I always top up my phone here. However, this time, the staff asked me to use the top-up machine and said I had to pay in cash. I explained that I didn’t have cash and that I normally pay by card. She insisted that this machine only accepts cash. I then went to other Celcom store in Setapak, and the staff there were very helpful and showed me how to top up and pay by card without any problem.
