Been a member for over 25 years with several products (checking, savings, loans, etc.). The rates are very competitive and been able to conduct business with very helpful employees across a wide range of services, including notary, fraudulent charges, and estates. Online banking has really improved since it's inception. The only service I wish they had was safe deposit boxes.
My card hardly ever works even after going in to get a new one and every time I have ever called I get put on hold for up to 40 mins to an hour
Very rude employees.
I used this as my first bank and they have done nothing but let me down. I set up the online banking with them 3 different times and every single time it would work for 1 to 2 days and then it would tell me that my information that was written down in 3 different places and remembered by me and one other person was incorrect.
