Great customer service.!
The corporate offices service is terrible. Faxed them proof of insurance 5 times and yet they still said I didn't have proof on file. Plus the interest rate are higher than any other credit union. I just went from 18 percent to 5 percent just refinancing a few months after owning car
The absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with. They make us pay our car payment in cash. They have to make a phone call every single time we make a payment. They won’t accept partial payments. They are rude and slow.
