The bank manager Terri was absolutely rude and disrespectful. Horrible experience do not recommend this bank.
CEFCU honestly isn’t a good bank. Don’t be fooled by all the positive reviews, because they don’t really show what goes on. When I went in to close my account and take out my money, the lady had to count it about five times just to get it right. On top of that, she kept asking me questions that had nothing to do with what I was there for. She was rude, snarky, and overall made the whole experience uncomfortable.
doesn’t send in your invoice to pay to try and make you pay late fees !
