Been there twice today waiting 9 minutes first then 12 minutes the second time just to pay car and credit card in drive thru my time is valuable and so is my gas, his more people or teach better customer service will be moving loan soon
I came to this location to make a car loan payment. I was helped by Tatiana, I'm hoping I spelled her name correctly. She was extremely helpful. I was having trouble making my payment due to my card being a prepaid card. She not only assisted me, but her customer service was 5 star. Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and so patient. She tried her best to get the transaction completed. I ended up leaving to go to Walmart to get a money order, came back and she was eager to get me in so I could be on my way since I had be... read more
