This is the first negative Google review I have ever left. Unfortunately, our experience with CEFA Beltline’s management has been extremely disappointing. My wife handled most of the direct correspondence with CEFA Beltline regarding our daughter’s enrolment and deposit. I have reviewed the full email correspondence myself and was also present for some of the telephone conversations in which we were told that our $1,500 deposit would be returned. I am incredibly disappointed with how CEFA Beltline handled our $1,500 deposit. From the very beginning, I was completely transparent that our family might be moving in the fall and that our daughter might ultimately attend a different daycare. I explained this during the tour, again when a spot became available for her, and throughout the enrolment process. Our 3 boys attend CEFA and we couldn’t be happier with the school/daycare. The administrative staff, the teachers and the families are lovely. Our kiddos are getting exposed to great food and early literacy and academic skills even at 2 years old! They come home with art projects daily and get 2 hours of outdoor time a day. If you are looking for a place for your kids, I would highly recommend CEFA beltline!
We absolutely love CEFA! The teachers are wonderful, caring, and truly amazing with the children. You can see how much love and dedication they put into their work. The Principal Martha and Vice Principal Jane are always present, kind, and available to answer questions or help whenever needed. The school is very well organized, clean, and welcoming. We feel very grateful to have our child in such a caring and wonderful environment.
We’ve had our two boys, Matteo and Leo, at CEFA Beltline for the past few months and have honestly been so happy with our experience. Martha and Jane, the principals, are both so friendly and welcoming. You can tell they really care about the kids and the families there, and they’ve always made us feel comfortable and supported.
