Please be cautious if using them for tax needs. Received large bill from IRS with interest after being told we paid all we needed to. And forget contacting them about any issues your having because they hardly answer the phone and if they do they don’t prioritize your problem after they’ve been paid.
After years of using Dennis and incredible service for the first 2 years…. Sadly need to post. I’ve also recommended to several folks but need to unfortunately recommend someone else. Unfortunately I haven’t heard any confirmation to the status of 2023 return - I’ve texted emailed and called (totaling 40 times). It’s a mystery but one thing about hiring someone to help with taxes is that they reduce the mystery. ☹️
