Boy, they talk a good game. It's a cookie cutter program. This program is geared for the rich, the hardworking ppl this is not a program for us. I don't know, but, $2,300. is a lot. The first visit was worthless, they hand you a folder and the so called nutritionist doesn't even go through it with you. I left my first day, so confused. nothing about what and how I was supposed to eat or shop.
