Boy, they talk a good game. It's a cookie cutter program. This program is geared for the rich, the hardworking ppl this is not a program for us. I don't know, but, $2,300. is a lot. The first visit was worthless, they hand you a folder and the so called nutritionist doesn't even go through it with you. I left my first day, so confused. nothing about what and how I was supposed to eat or shop. This has been such a great investment. I was so concerned about spending the money without knowing whether this would actually work. The staff was so thorough trying to get to the root cause of the weight gain, from there on, there has been so much support in helping me reach my goal. The team at Cederquist is highly professional yet you'll start feeling like you're visiting teammates on the path to weight loss and control. The entire staff is friendly and respectful. I did the program for 12 weeks and I will do it for 12 more, I was desperate to find something that would help me to loose weight, I could not do it on my own because I did not have the right tools. I went to their program and Diana was my Nutritionist, with the blood work and her help they helped me on my way to success. And it is not hard and I am not always perfect in my eating but I know I can pick it up the next day again and loose the weight again.
