This is the worst place i have seen in years the staff do not care and most of them are rude beyond believe the women at the front desk with the glasses and blond curly hair is very snotty and speaks to you like you are trash .the staff ignores the people their and leaves them in their rooms alone for days .

Stay away!! The administration are unethical and unprofessional. They tried to double bill for physical therapy, that is bill Medicare and then have us pay privately as well. They tried to bill us for days my mother was not there and they tried to hide the fact that if you use their pharmacy you pay much, much more than Walgreens or Walmart for copays. They start out looking after your loved one great. Then care services start dropping. They quit weighing them, (this is important to high risk cardiac patients) and it gets longer and longer before they respond to the call light (even with patients that only use it once or twice per day). They stop changing sheets daily.They do not follow wound care instructions if the doctor prescribes expensive treatments or special wraps. They use what they have in their budget. The most wonderful and caring people work here. Everyone was friendly and responded quickly to our needs. The building is beautiful and clean! They really care about people and do their best to make everything right. I would recommend them to everyone! I plan on coming back just to visit!

I visited a friend at Parkside Villa today and although the place was beautiful and clean it was terribly loud. The sound of the nurse call alarm was blaring non stop. It blares throughout the whole patient hallway and it is very disturbing. I was a nervous wreck by the time I left. I don't know how anyone can get any rest there.
