Got into a car accident and requested in advance for the no show fee to be waived in case I couldn’t make the appointment because I have to rely on rides temporarily but clinic refused to comply. Found another clinic in Mission that was much more understanding that I lost my car in the accident. Hope they can change the no show fee policy for future patients in extenuating circumstances. I can't recommend Cedar Valley Physio & Pain Clinic enough! I came to this clinic on the recommendation of one of my good friends who also recovered from a pinched nerve quickly by seeing mark. I had been dealing with severe nerve pain for almost a year and, because of some really negative experiences with other physiotherapy clinics in the past, I was honestly hesitant to try again. I am so grateful for Cedar Valley Physiotherapy and Pain Clinic. Orma provided knowledgeable, professional, supportive treatment, including IMS, that promoted sustained relief from my chronic pain resulting from an injury. She outlined effective home exercises, as well as comprehensive muscle/joint care to improve my treatment outcome. She was always responsive to my concerns and questions. I would absolutely recommend this service.
