i dont really use the web much and created this Gmail just to leave a review. Anonymously because we fear retaliation they owe us money still saying we brokenthe contract and im hear too tell you why and your sales girl didnt tell me he would be hit with a bill for thousands of dollars because of the discounts they dangled to get him to ove in I dont think its right. Recently moved our mother into Cedar Stone. The experience far exceeded our expectations. Shalane did a fabulous job giving us the tour of the beautiful building and being an advocate for our mother. Every staff person that we have met has been incredibly kind and helpful. The resident community is also very friendly and welcoming. The dining experience is great with plenty of variety. I would never send my loved one here ever again. They have repeatedly messed up billing and not rectified over 6 months of reporting this. We have called and asked for a check in for our family member and they say they will and never do. My loved one had a medical emergency and we were going to call the ambulance the staff said “we will be back in 10 minutes” TWO HOURS LATER they came back into the room. Dreadful. I had an appointment to look at the facility with a Shalane and based on that experience alone I will not and can not recommend this place. If that is the face of your company, it is no wonder you have so many open rooms. I was hoping to get some information on options for my father, instead I got a very rushed experience since she apparently had to leave and just left me in their dining room.
