I have been eating the Baked Stacked Eggplant several times a week for over a year!! However, something has changed recently. I threw the last 2 away as they were totally disgusting and the one I had tonight was not good at all. I will not be buying any more of these dinners. It’s a shame you changed it. Here is a challenge… one of you eat it and tell me what you think. I am not a picky eater but this is now something that makes me sick when I think about eating it Stacy B
