My mom works there and loves the residents and her job.
This place is an absolute terrible work environment, the DON and administration say they have you back than they will turn it on you quicker than you can think. You can pick up numerous hours, come in when you don’t feel good, work until 3 am and tolerate different things that nobody should have to tolerate in a workplace. The residents are amazing, but they don’t near get the care that they deserve. The kitchen manager is toxic and so is the DON.
