Uncle has settled down well with the location and the staff. He gets to appointments, and staff fully communicates with his daughter about his care. People/residents walking in the hallway are very friendly and quick to smile and say hello.
I always feel welcomed when I come to the facility and that we are all on the same page of wanting to take good care of the residents here
