From the first step inside, I could feel the love from the nurses, management and families of the residents. Walking around with my mother, all questions were answered quickly and honestly from the D.O.N., and I was able to speak with some residents and their families and felt waves of relief, knowing my mom would be well taken care of. Thank you Kim, for taking the time to talk wit my mother and I. You have definitely made our assisted living decisions extremely easy!!
