Don't put your relatives here, if you want to hear from them at all ever. They are forever refusing to put me through to my mother on the phone. Sometimes she's busy with a meal or in an activity, sometimes they connect me to another ward, who either tell me she's busy or say they'll connect me, then put me through to an answering machine, or they're an answering machine. Mr Hong the new ceo is quite a character. He strategically placed his office at the far end of the basement therefore not easily accessible to our residents, staff and families. His door is always closed and takes days to return calls or respond to emails. A poor choice of a ceo in my opinion. He is never visible on the care units and always has a dry unfriendly look on his face can this please be addressed and perhaps taken to the board for review if whether thid mr hong is suitable for the role..
