Friendly service. But there's a couple things to improve on, especially since people are paying a lot of money for these services. Massages are too light, even after I said I like my massage with more pressure, the entire time it felt like someone was just rubbing lotion on me. The hot stone was used on one arm but not the other. And people come in for a massage to relax not talk. Please don't respond telling me my name is not in your system. I've seen you respond like this with other reviews, that's an easy cop out.
Wonderful experience. I emailed mid-flight to Toronto as I was going to miss my second flight due to delays so I was going to have a very long layover. They accommodated me and got me in for a shellac removal and pedicure same day. Very friendly service, excellent pedicure, I can’t say enough good things. 10/10, will definitely go back when I’m in the area.
