Friendly service. But there's a couple things to improve on, especially since people are paying a lot of money for these services. Massages are too light, even after I said I like my massage with more pressure, the entire time it felt like someone was just rubbing lotion on me. The hot stone was used on one arm but not the other. And people come in for a massage to relax not talk. Please don't respond telling me my name is not in your system. I've seen you respond like this with other reviews, that's an easy cop out.
Wonderful experience. I emailed mid-flight to Toronto as I was going to miss my second flight due to delays so I was going to have a very long layover. They accommodated me and got me in for a shellac removal and pedicure same day. Very friendly service, excellent pedicure, I can’t say enough good things. 10/10, will definitely go back when I’m in the area.
The staff here at Cedarhouse are super friendly, I don't know how many times I was asked for a drink or snack thanks for the cheeses but honestly my wife had a great time thank you to the staff, sorry I don't know the name of the woman who worked on her but she won't stop bragging. Thanks again for the SpaDay...she will be back
Outstanding!! The staff was very professional and my massage was amazing!! I’ve tried many spas and this one was by far the best:) I highly recommend it and look forward to coming back. Thanks again for listening to my specific needs as I find other places don’t do that. See you soon 😍
