I wouldn't put my loved one in any facility that pays it's PCA workers (the people whom provide the majority of direct care to your loved ones) 16$ bucks an hour. Shameful.

I was the only African American worker at this place & the racism and discrimination toward people that look like me by a lot of the older staff was unbelievable. The residents deserve way better than what they are given when it come to some of the staff.
