I have been struggling with post concussion syndrome and PTSD symptoms about a year after my concussion. I had been discharged from headache PT and my NeuroPsych. I was still having stress headaches and pretty significant fight or flight response. Elizabeth has created a very calming environment that helps you feel relaxed as soon as you walk into her office. She is the best massage therapist I have ever had work on me. Regardless of my issue she has always been able to help. She talks to you about what is causing the issue and how to work with it. I always feel better when before I leave.

I rarely write reviews, unless I really believe in a person or a product, but I've had such a good experience and outcome over the last year with Liz that I have to share my thoughts. Liz is an amazing massage therapist. She really cares about your whole self. Every session has been different. She takes the time to ask what you're feeling or needing that day and then tailors each session to fill the need. Some therapists seem to be on autopilot but I never feel that way with Liz.
