Best care around! The staff is all amazing!
You know it’s always hard when your loved ones are coming towards the end of their journey. But it’s even harder finding and trusting the right facility to care for them, and treat them like their own family. But this facility and its staff especially Tiffany, really put my mind at ease. Tiffany went above and beyond, answered every question and concern, and really made me feel like it was her own loved one. But unfortunately before I was able to get my grandpa in, he passed away.
My mom passed away in this facility on Thanksgiving. Not only was the delivery of the new horrible but they lost valuable items and after several calls to them. NO One will return my calls to even inform me of if they found them or not. I guess my mom isn't important to them anymore now that they aren't getting payment. Just sad!
