My mother stayed there for a short time approximately 5 years ago. They had a billing error and stated that we owed more for her stay (marginal amount). I asked for proof of non payment and they sent their accounting records that include personal information of other residents. My mother has since passed, yet they continue to send me statements. My loved one is at Cedar. The facility is clean, the staff is nice and I trust that the facility is taking care of my loved one. The therapy team is great. Caring staff.
Less than a week my father has been there, they make him feel like he is a burden. They wont answer call lights and he wasnt changed from his adult diaper til morning and was sitting in his own filth since evening. Will be getting an investigation going. DO NOT SEND ANYONE YOU LOVE THERE. Not sure how they have good reviews unless they went through a bad change. Will be reporting this place.
