After dealing with this nursing home I’ve realized the difference between nurses. For example, one nurse named Journey had the worst bed side manner that was so blatant and unwarranted I have ever witnessed. From just asking a question about a medication to just asking where the bathroom is she would storm out of the room. Ince again for the neh time my mother has not been given a shower thereupon too many staff called off. No attempt to rectify the situation, when told they would need to add her to the shower list the next day, her CNA gave her excuses why she could not have a shower. It has now been 5 days since she was showered. She has been left in bed all day.
