How is this place still open? I just had to visit someone to bring something and her biggest concern was if roaches would get in it? I asked what she meant and she said her room was infested with roaches. There are about 25 cats that are on the porch and the place smells like urine when you walk in. I could not get out of there quick enough only to go straight home and shower and bag my clothes up that I had on. Also, medical staff is walking around with open toe sandals with no socks.

I was there for 1 week. I needed a retirement facility, what I got, was a week in hell. I don't like like to talk bad about people, places, etc. Well, that is not
Deserves a negative rating. I live across the street from here and they CONSTANTLY have patients "escape". Each patient i have spoken to that "escaped" is very upset saying they are mistreated, not given there medicine, etc. Please do not consider this place for your loved one. PLEASE. This place needs to be shut down. My family has a stack of police reports filed from constant issues with this place from over the years. I honestly feel sorry for the elders that have to live in the home. Please find better care for your love... read more
