5 stars only because I love the doctors and they are so much better then any other place but my biggest problem is my concerns where not heard by the front desk worker. It was made out that the issue I was having was a me problem and I was messing up like I didnt know what I was doing on a computer. He acted as if they could never have issues. Been going to cedar for YEARS and never had this issue till recently.
I only had virtual appointments, so I wish I could make a blanket review of the whole company. I was one of their mental health patients. I say "was" because out of the blue they closed that division of their company. I had one last appointment with my nurse practitioner (who was very nice), was prescribed three months of meds, and given a few vague recommendations for other psychiatrists, then sent on my way. OK. Had my first appointment yesterday. Everyone was very polite and compassionate and professional. I am very thankful that they took me as a patient and can help me get through this. I’m looking forward to continuing treatment here and in the end being successful! Thank you so much!
I've struggled with fentanyl I was a very heavy i.v user for over 5 yrs. I had no choice other then to get clean and stay that way it was that or death and I have a husband and a family I need that need me and I love with all my being! This place is amazing with the understanding and support they have shown me . I’m new to Cedar but they have made me feel comfortable at a very uncomfortable time in my life . I’m looking forward to finding myself .
