Chuck is easily the rudest salesman I have ever encountered. He belittles his customers and makes them feel foolish. It’s a tragedy that he has a monopoly on the Cedar lumber trade in Missoula, if you’re looking for Cedar products you’d be better off traveling to Bozeman and paying for the gas to purchase from the Emmer bros.

Bought 2 bundles of cedar firewood from them, great price and friendly service.
BUYER BEWARE! I spent a lot of money purchasing cedar 4x4s for a customers greenhouse. Nearly a third warped beyond use. I called to swap them out and was told I must have had them in the sun and they wouldn't swap them. Same thing happened at Boyce with a few pressure treated 6x6s and they said bring em back and swap them no questions asked. I won't be going back to Cedar products. I wander....what happens to the beautiful furniture built of cedar if it's in the sun? Hmmm?
I called them no answer and they called me back in a few to see if they could help .. I didn’t even leave my number , never had this anywhere…
