BUYER BEWARE! I spent a lot of money purchasing cedar 4x4s for a customers greenhouse. Nearly a third warped beyond use. I called to swap them out and was told I must have had them in the sun and they wouldn't swap them. Same thing happened at Boyce with a few pressure treated 6x6s and they said bring em back and swap them no questions asked. I won't be going back to Cedar products. I wander....what happens to the beautiful furniture built of cedar if it's in the sun? Hmmm?

I called them no answer and they called me back in a few to see if they could help .. I didn’t even leave my number , never had this anywhere…

On Thursday 4/17/25 we called to see if they had any of the "wishing" wells available, and they had the large one. The owner went and measured for us, which was very nice and great customer service. We told him we would be there the next morning to buy it, as it was the perfect size and a GREAT price. Once we picked it up, it looked better than expected. I called and spoke with Nate about purchasing some of the cedar firewood they have for sale and I was very impressed with how helpful he was. He and the owner went above my expectations to help us with a tricky P/U situation and I could not be more grateful to them for being so accommodating. Because of their 10/10 customer service I will be using CPU to source cedar for our sauna build later this year. Thank you!
