Whenever I approach into this establishment during the day, I am greeted by the same teller, Ms Katrina, who is very professional, approchable, and kind. Don't know if it's a racial thing but others in this Charlotte Hall Branch don't acknowledge me when I enter and this has been noticed on numerous times.
Kelly at the Charlotte Hall Branch was very professional, helpful, and courteous. A pleasure to do business with.
