Great customer service love this credit union
The absolute worst banking experience I have ever had to deal with. Chose this bank due to good interest rates on loans, which is the only thing this bank has going for them. If I didn’t know better I would think I am the first loan they have ever processed. They botched my paperwork after weeks of waiting for a title to come in. I was just gonna take the hit and pay the extra taxes so I would no longer have to deal with them but they also hand me an unsigned title that their title department missed and tell me it’s on me to... read more
