Avoid living there, I have a close friend that lives there. She has dealt with an on going problem with her apt for 5 yrs. Some people have been moving out, went to see the apt. building they are moving to. She was sitting and chatting with her friends about how nice this new place is. One of her friends asked her why she is moving, She told them about the problem, and how she had been trying to get help for 5 yrs. I stayed with a friend 2 1/2 yrs ago my place was being worked on. Couldn't afford a hotel. spring came, it was 80 my friends apt was 99 before they turned the ac so people in there could turn theirs on. Don't believe it when they say you can control your temp all year long it is a big lie!
My grams has lived here for about 5 yrs and she loves it
