As ambulance crew we attended one of the patients. Staff were extremely helpful and well informed on the patients condition and couldnt do enough to help also one of the staff members suki couldn't do enough for us, accommodating us with hot drinks and offering snacks and just being overall friendly amd helpfull thank you suki you made an ambulance crew very happy and set us up for the rest of our shift . Very highly recommended home . 👏
So first off. When you walk in you are greeted by very very helpful desk staff and very nice waiting area/living area. The layout of the care home is amazing. All the rooms are neat and spacious. I came from homefield college to do some work experience. Must say all staff are highly trained hats off to them. They take care of all of the residents there. Every resident and staff member i have seen/ spoken to has been very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend fab job guys
A really big thank you to all of the staff for making Joan’s 96th birthday very special and for welcoming family, friends and fellow residents. The time and care taken together with all the smiles was greatly appreciated 🥳
Amazing care home, the staff are very caring and professional. The building itself self is wonderful providing all amenities needed for the staff and service users. Great activities throughout the day.
